MySilver.co.uk, a UK silver store, offers all our customers a choice.

In the checkout page you can select from one of 2 options:-

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Royal Mail Special Delivery (with specific delivery times)

Prices as shown at the checkout include the cost of packaging, shipping and VAT.


Each option explained
All our products are shipped with proof of posting.
The options then provide for different levels of track-trace and insurance.

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
includes: packaging, signed for delivery.
not available in this option: insurance is not always available in this option. Please see the Royal Mail policy available on www.royalmail.com

Royal Mail Special Delivery
includes: Insurance up to £250, packaging, track-trace

Delivery Times

MySilver.co.uk aim to despatch your order as follows :-

 Next Day despatch - Complete your order before 8pm (Greenwich Mean Time) Monday to Friday and MySilver.co.uk will normally process and despatch your order the next day (Tuesday -Saturday). Where possible, we process and despatch the same day, however this cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times will depend on date of despatch and type of postage selected (ie Recorded or Special Delivery)

 48 hour despatch - if your order is placed after 8pm (Greenwich Mean Time) Monday to Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or on a public holiday, your order will be processed within 48 hours and then despatched on the first available working day. Delivery times will depend on date of despatch and type of postage selected (ie Recorded or Special Delivery)

 If the above is not possible, for example, due to changes in stock availability, we will contact you if there is likely to be any delay with your order and you can then have the choice of either waiting for the item or cancelling your order.

 Unfortunately, once despatched, delays can occur owing to circumstances outside of our control and therefore, we incur no liability for delays or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Delivery Conditions

 All shipping must be to a single physical address ie no PO Boxes. If you wish to send items to more than one destination please complete a separate order for each physical address.

 Only items shipped via Special Delivery will be covered by insurance. Customers selecting Recorded Delivery must note that if items are lost or damaged in the post, then MySilver.co.uk will incur no liability.

International Delivery

 International shipping such as sending a silver jewellery present to Aus or NZ is possible by contacting My Silver customer services (see contact page).
